A lover of all things Theatre, Film and Television, Phyllis has been involved with acting for many years. Initially inspired to this metier because of her love of live theatre, Phyllis has worked on numerous Film, Television, Theatre and Commercial productions. She has successfully incarnated a wide range of characters ranging in age and temperament, and her performances have been destined for both Canadian as well as American audiences.  As an actor, Phyllis is totally committed to her art form and remains continuously excited about growing and evolving in her metier as she takes on new and interesting challenges.

In addition to acting, Phyllis also possesses significant musical chops. Beyond interpreting a  repertoire of jazz songs with her former jazz quartet, Phyllis has also written, recorded and performed her own music – a mix of jazz, pop and folk.  Her music is available on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon.  A few excerpts can be heard on the Audio/Video page of this website.
